Getting Started – Margie’s Complete Wedding Planning begins with a one-hour initial complimentary consultation.   After booking and sharing your ideas, you will be taken care of from your first day of planning until the last guest goes home.

Securing Venue and Vendors – Pulling from her many years of highly successful vendor relationships, Margie guides you through the perfect selection of venues, vendors, services, and products ideal for your event and budget.

• Recommend caterers, photographer, videographer, band, DJ, instrumental accompaniment, and lighting
• Assist with printer selection, linens, event rentals, and florist
• Secure make-up artists and stylists
• Assistance with hotel, valet, and transportation
• Attend all vendor meetings, oversee vendor contracts and payment schedules

Design and Vision – Working with you to outline the overall theme, look and feel of your special day, Margie helps you design the most memorable occasion for you, your family and guests.

• Review venue details to ensure that the space and flow are flawlessly balanced
• Provide creative assistance with custom printed wedding materials, invitations, program and menu design
• Create floor plan and assist with table arrangements and room design
• Assist with menu pairings and selections, dessert table, wedding cake and attend tastings

• Create event timeline
• Coordinate setup and event schedule with all contracted vendors and manage all vendor communications
• Review all contracts to ensure agreement details are followed
• Contact your clergy to discuss structure of ceremony
• Attend and run rehearsal

Your Wedding Day – Margie arrives early and is committed to you throughout your entire wedding day until the last guest goes home.

• On site prior to ceremony, during cocktail hour, dinner and reception
• Equipped with a wedding emergency kit to make certain bridal party is comfortable
• Prepare wedding party for the day with assistance with dressing, hair and makeup
• Set up of place cards, gift table, and guest favors
• Ceremony and reception room walk through to confirm details
• Cue musicians, direct ushers and prepare wedding party for the ceremony
• Oversee wedding ceremony
• Assist venue staff and maintain vendor schedules on your behalf
• Collection of gifts to ensure safekeeping
• Prompt musicians, photographer, and videographer and notify the wedding party and family of special introductions, dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc.
